PET PVDC
COATED
A Transparent High Barrier Polyester Film with one side PVDC coated, designed for high barrier flexible packaging applications. Good moistures, oxygen, and aroma barriers but suited for "see-through" packaging structures. Designed for use with products that require extended shelf-life applications, such as the packaging of dairy, meats, biscuits, coffee, etc. Typically used as the outer layer of MAP packages. Can be laminated using one or two components, solvent based, and solventless adhesives. Can be printed on with correct ink formulations. This film has good mechanical properties, high clarity, and gloss for brand appeal.
