1.5 MIL LLDPE
CLEAR, WHITE
Our thinnest film and most basic structure, designed to run thin mil pouches in clear. You can use this film in form, fill and seal applications as well. This film has no barrier properties at all. This thickness is best for flat pouches that don’t stand.

3 MIL LLDPE
CLEAR, WHITE
Total thickness is 3.5 mil and, depending on how the end-user protects their ink, it will give them a good medium bodied clear pouch. A good place to start for stand up pouches, as thinner films will not give you the stiffness needed to create a good stand up pouch. However, if you are putting a lot of weight into the pouch, it will not give you the sturdiness that you are looking for. This is recommended for small to medium pouches that require a window to see the product inside, but have no barrier.

3 MIL EVOH COEX
CLEAR, WHITE
EVOH is our strongest barrier that we are currently offering. Shelf life is dependent on the product that is put into it. This barrier film has slightly better barrier than our metalized and poly films. This film works well in any pouch that requires both a barrier and a window to see the product inside. This film is designed for small to medium sized pouches that have lightweight products that are not sharp or pointed.

4 MIL LLDPE
CLEAR, WHITE
This structure is our heaviest gauge, non-barrier film that we have. The total structure is 4.5 mil and is designed for heavier pouch applications or applications where there is a lot of stiffness needed to make the pouch stand up. Also great for heavy window pouches or for full print pouches without a metallized look.

4 MIL EVOH COEX

EVOH is our strongest barrier that we are currently offering. Shelf life is dependent on the product that is put into it. This barrier film has slightly better barrier than our metalized and poly films. This film works well in any pouch that requires both a barrier and a window to see the product inside. This film is designed for small to medium sized pouches that have lightweight products that are not sharp or pointed. You will want to use this with heavier products in pouches that require a barrier.

2 MIL LLDPE
METALLIC, WHITE
Similar to our other films, you can print right on top of this product and determine your own way to protect the ink. The purpose for this product is to have a light barrier that comes by the way of the metallization or when certain brands desire a metallic look to their design. Also, some brands want that metalized look on the inside of the pouch to give the customer the feeling they are getting a fresher product. Because of the gauge, we recommend this film for flat pouch applications.

Heavier than our 2 mil offering, this metallized film is where we would start with creating lighter weight, stand up pouches. This has a light barrier and all the benefits described as the 2 mil, but for creating stand up pouches that don't require a lot of stiffness for lightweight products.

Heavier than our 2 and 3 mil offerings, this metalized film is designed for heavier weight pouches and pouches that require additional stiffness. This has a light barrier and all the benefits described as the 3 mil, but also has a heavier sealing web.

This is a metalized film that gives you the 5 mil lamination quality and can be used in very heavy duty applications with our best puncture resistance. This film is the solution for customers that require 5 mil protection but on a printer that can surface print with varnish or ebeam ink protection.
